Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• Your article discusses an excerpt from a historical source dating to the period between the 6th and the 17th centuries CE.
• Both the primary source excerpt and your comment on it address interreligious and transmediterranean relations.
• Your comment ends with an evaluation of what the primary source excerpt contributes to our understanding of these two central topics of the source anthology.
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• Where available, URLs and DOIs for the references have been provided.
• Your have used the template provided in the author guidelines. You have not changed the prescribed headings nor the text's format.
