JSAL server crash

We are sorry to have to inform our users that JSAL experienced a server crash in July.  Even more unfortunately, due to a script error, we were not able to retrieve recent back-ups.  We are now slowly putting back together the pieces.  And we would like to ask all of the authors who had submitted papers but had not heard from us as yet to resubmit their papers.  We will make up for the lost time and effort.
