Abstract

INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE The movement of round-off flic-flac with half turn on straight body two salto forward performed by Zhao Weihua in men's floor exercise is a new technique with high difficulty. This new idea was first used in competitions at home and abroad. METHODS The technological characteristics of this new technique was quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed from the point of view of kinematics and biomechanics. and technical uarameters concerned were urovided.
