BIOMECHANICAL ASPECTS OF INDIVIDUAL SELECTION OF ENGINEERING IN SPORTS WRESTUNG DEPENDING ON A WEIGHT CATEGORY AND BODY CONSTITUTION
AbstractINTRODUCTION-The purpose of the work was study of individual features of management of competitive wrestler's activity of various weight categories and comparison of received data with biomechanical, morphological, constitutional and psychological features of sportsmen. METHODS -The biomechanical video control of sport engineering and tenzodinamometria methods as well as methods of determination of psychological qualities and morfophysiological parameters of sportsmen were used in research. RESULTS -As a result of conducted experiment it was established that not all wrestlers use the technique, adequate for themselves to win the victory. Effectiveness ratio of used techniques is low practically for many groups of techniques. In table #1 the results of researches of kinematic phase structure of the most effective techniques are submitted. Conducted analysis of morphophysiological and psychological profiles of wrestlers are submitted below in a figure #1CONCLUSION -On the basis of conducted research the objective programs of technical trainings for wrestlers with individual particularies of their motorics were worked out.
