Abstract

PECULIARITIES OF STATODYNAMIC EQUILIBRIUM IN SPORTS WITH COMPLEX COORDINATED STRUCTURE T. MISTULOVA, V. Boloban The high statodynamic equilibrium of body or body's system and as result the high level of sporting skill takes place only by the realization of biomechanic expedient ', motions and poses, and depends on the parameters such as an amplitude, a frequency and a period of vibration, a coefficient of equilibrium, a time of stabilization and a preservation of balance. The combination of small amplitude and frequency of vibration by the effective stabilization of equilibrium with a long time of balance preservation is the characteristic of high level of pose regulation of sportsman. These mentioned features remain under the execution of balances on the narrow and agile support (gymnastic log, skates), on the height, in case of limited visual or absent control, in overturn position. The equilibrium on the support by transition the sportsman from dynamib part of exercise to static position (finish stage of jump and jumps off) depends on the number of motions fulfilled on the rising period of flights trajectory: the more angle of turning of sportsmen body on the rising part of trajectory the more stable landing (1=0,86;p <0,95). The poses orients of motion in the sport events with complex coordinated structure were determined. In the preparation actions was picked out the starting pose - biomechanic expedient position of bodies sections on the support; in the basic actions was picked out the dynamic bearing characterizing of following moment poses; in the finish actions - total pose characterizing of equilibrium body's position on the support and allowing to finish exercise efficiently. On the basic of received facts the methods of training to motions with complex coordinated structure of statodynamic equilibrium has been developed. This methodic include didactic principles of individualization, connected influence, stable and compatible; the methods of: modelling, linear and branched programming of training; the purposely programs of preparation: pose, orientation, rotation. choreography, balance, interaction, jumps; the criterion of effectivity: quality of training, periods of learning, stable of reproduction in competitive conditions. Statistic reliable effect of application of these methods in study-training process has been obtained.
